These two get a lot of hate but they were the reason we won tonight. Fields' defense was great. Gay shot poorly but literally delivered everything else, including making Melo looks like Austin Rivers. To those that said Demar's game would suffer with Gay, the exact opposite has happened. Gay attracts most of the defensive attention and it has really opened things up for DD. That's 4 wins in a row (against some pretty good teams, sans Hornets).
Gay & Melo combined for 9-45 (20%) shooting. Call that one a wash. Thankfully DeRozan was very efficient. Credit where credit is due, AA had a nice performance.
Great run to lead into the ASW break. Our next stretch of games potentially has more wins than losses as well.

The problem is when AA/JL3 shoot like this it gives them a bit too much confidence which carries over to the game where they are ice cold.
