It's something new they've added this season, and it does not appear in their advanced stats listing for all players for the playoffs for 2019. That table also doesn't use SH-EFF, which is the same as effective field goal percentage, they instead have EFG% which is what they used to use in the team pages. https://stats.nba.com/players/advanced/?sort=GP&dir=-1 I think it may be this stat, "Offensive Rating".
