    I usually just tease :]
don't worry I don't take much of anything seriously...I'm pretty good about realizing that internet isn't always the clearest medium of communication so I usually read everything as if its a happy statement or joke.

Now that we're done celebrating, let's move on to business...

I really hope the Lakers are mentally ready to start the finals on the road. I know our role players and bench players have struggled on the road and we are going to need them every game.

What do you guys think? Will the Lakers be ready for the road assignment?

I know we've won 2 games on the road at Utah and San An, but it's going to be much different starting off the series on the road for two games.

    Thoughts?

I'm going to come off as arrogant, but I don't think Detroit would be much a problem. They remind me of the Spurs...they're time is just done. I think we'd take them in 5, max.

I want Boston. I think we're a much better team now that we've got everyone playing well and Gasol and Odom are here. When we played them earlier this year, it wasn't the same Laker team. Boston hasn't showed me much this post season. I think we take them in 5 or 6.

As for our role players--I'm not expecting anything from Farmar. He just doesn't produce on the road. I don't know about Sasha, either. IIRC, didn't Ronny have a pretty damn good game against Detroit when they beat us by Prince's game winning three? I think he could be possibly one of the few role players to step up.

Walton, I'm not expecting much out of. I actually think if we face Boston, we'll see a lot of Ariza on Allen. I'm excited for that.

I think if we play Boston, it'll be a physical series. I'm hoping for Boston because it would be so satisfying to send KG home ringless.

No way bro, Detroit is not washed up. THey got a deep ass bench and their starting line up is still legit as hell.

They didn't beat us convincingly this year when Odom sucked, Bynum was out, and we didn't have Gasol.

I'm not impressed by them, at all. I just don't think they've got the fire power to hang with Gasol, Odom, and Kobe. I mean shit...Bowen was notorious for giving Kobe fits...but not this time. Kobe got what he want, at will.

you really think so because people over at LG and CL keep on saying the same and Phil never uses him.

Phil is a smart, smart coach. Ariza has been practicing and scrimmaging for awhile. He is in game Shape.

Phil would be absolutely foolish not to utilize Ariza in the next series. The Celtics have two premiere perimeter players in Pierce and Allen. Kobe can't guard both...Fisher can't guard either, Vlad will get torhced, Luke will get torched, Sasha will get his head knocked off...Ariza is perfect for Allen.

Mamba I'll sig bet you that Phil won't play Ariza more than double digit minutes per game for the entire series.

So 10 minute per game or more u win.
9.9 mpg or less I win.

I think Phil will just put heavy minutes with Vlad and Odom on Allen.

Woo Lakers! I wonder were all the Celtic fans went? They've been gone for awhile. Like CB32 and that other Celtics mod. Whatever. Lakers are taking the ring and I'll be happy when they do. I'm tired of this Boston hype. They almost lost to the Hawks, then to the Cavs and now just narrowly going to beat the Pistons. Lakers better take this in 5, but 6 seems more likely.
