Anyone watching? Hawks are so deep. Boston should be concerned.

Hawks are up 20 and quite frankly are not playing that well. Miami looks horrible on both ends of the court

I’m loving it. Everyone at realGM was SURE Miami had this in the bag. I predicted Hawks in a rout so this is fun.

If hawks beat the heat today, bulls beat the raptors tomorrow, bulls beat the heat for the 8th, that should make the following a little more available:

    Siakam, anunoby, adebayo, butler

I meant to post this here

Watching this Hawks/ Heat game between periods of the Lightning/Leafs game is painful. Trae Young reminds me of Dame. When he gives the ball up early the Hawks are successful, but when he holds on to it or jacks up a 30 footer with 16+ seconds on the shot clock they struggle

We should def root for Heat and Raps to lose. Then root for Hawks to beat Celtics. Next year’s Blazers:

    Dame/Brown/Butler/Siakam/Nurkic

My guess is they will trade him somewhere. Not sure I want him anymore. He is way too inconsistent for his salary. You never know which Jimmy will show up.

So Butler can wear out his welcome in 16 months.

He’d be great as a #2 or #3 which is what he’d be here.

If you guys really don’t want Butler on our team, I don’t know what to say. PER Ranking this season:

    1. Jokic
    2. Embiid
    3. Giannis
    4. Luka
    5. AD
    6. Jimmy Butler
    7. SGA
    8. Dame
    9. KD
    10. Zion

Why would anyone not want Jimmy on our team lol? He’s a Top 10 player! We’d be the only team with two of them.

Celtics brought in KG and Ray Allen for Al Jefferson and Jeff Green.

For a reasonable price I'd take Jimmy... I would rather pay more for Bam.

I agree if you could talk him into that. But IMO Butler plays best when he runs the offense. When he does not get his touches his offense is not as good. Not sure he would be a good fit with Dame and Sharpe. He is a good defender but he is not that tall. under 6'6" with a 6'8" wing. We have one shot at getting a difference-maker. He would be on the list, but not near the top, not for his salary. He never plays a full season.

No one plays a full season. We wouldn’t need 20 ppg from Jimmy so who cares if he gets “his touches.” He can defend and has led a team to the NBA Finals less than 3 years ago, a series they could’ve win if Bam and Dragic (who was their leading scorer in the playoffs) didn’t get hurt. Butler can defend, he can play make, he can get to the line. How would he not be a good fit???? Do you want us to win or not? Or do you want to roll with Reddish? I don’t get some of you.

I wonder if Miami would trade Lowry for Travis Outlaw.

(Anyone remember THAT ancient nugget from this site? :) )
