    I seriously thought Gruden/Raiders were going to the Playoffs b4 the Season even began.

    Meh, I don't get that impression at all.

    Also, I was not referring to his personality anyway, I was referring to his coolness under pressure, his size, his throwing motion, his arm strength, etc.
