With the win over the Spurs, the 27 - 18 Jazz are back on top of the Northwest Division. They're really turned it around since the Kyle Korver trade, where they've gone 10 of 12 and things have just really started to click. There's been a lot of reasons for this, like Kevin O'Connor resisting the temptation to make a big trade when the Jazz were struggling and instead trading Giricek and a conditional first rounder for Korver. Korver gives Utah a reliable free throw and three point shooter down the stretch, something they've been lacking this season. He can also stretch the defense, opening it up for Boozer some more. Jeff Hornacek for helping AK47 with his shot. In 06 - 07 AK47 was shooting 21% from three (16 - 75), now he's shooting 37% (19 - 51). Deron Williams is making a late bid for a spot on the all star reserves, with double digit assists in eight of his last nine games and double doubles in all of those eight games. Then there's Boozer and his constant double doubles.

If they keep playing like this, the Jazz are capable of going deep into the playoffs again.

Utah has been playing great as of late, but they still need a dirty worker C, that's tough. I wouldn't mind trading C.J. Miles for a decent C right now.
