   Silva's January 19th tests have come back clean. No word yet on the January 9th B-sample and the post-fight test results. Silva was also tested for HGH and passed.
   
   Presumably the NSAC is confident in the January 9th results for them to be pulling him from the show. How they have the authority to do that I have no idea.
