I say good for Nurk, focus on the game and not social media and the barrage of negative comments after every loss or even positive ones after wins. Nurk is up and down, hot and cold, always has been and always will be. No one was complaining about him during the winning streaks where he was playing his ass off.

It's been over 3 years and he still can't perform a simply jump stop because he's scared of his leg snapping, and he CONSISTENTLY gets punked by players half his size. You put Eubanks mindset in Nurk's body and you have an allstar. I understood resigning him not to lose an asset for nothing potentially, but I've said for the last 2-3 years we won't win anything with Nurk at center and I've never felt more confident. A great screener and good defender, but he is too slow-footed and mentally weak to ever be a part of a true contender. It's just classic Nurk. He's a frontrunner, when things are good he'll troll and talk shit like he does to Westbrick (well deserved) but as soon as things get tough he tucks tail and runs. Downgrading on talent and upgrading on physical fit with this roster at the center position would make a significant difference alone.

I just want to say that even during the win streak I wanted Nurk and Ant gone. Nurk just makes absolutely no sense for Chauncey's defensive schemes and was/is still doing the same bullshit offensively that has always driven me nuts and Ant is and always will be a bad fit next to Dame. If Michael Jordan mentored someone with his exact same skill set, just not quite as good and not the leader he was, that would be a great back court... can't say the same for our guy Dame. I saw it govern half the country with lies for 4 straight years....fuck embracing that. I'm fine with the two social media outlets I use, one being here and the other my own channel. Other than that you don't need that shit to do anything you want to do bro...it's like video games...unnecessary addictions. Technology is better off without Twitter, Facebook or Truth Social. This will throw you for a loop....I don't carry my phone around with me all day...it sits on my desk where my landline used to...I'll throw it in the car if I go to town but other than that...it's not your life. You email institutions for Pell grants, etc and fill out actual forms.....I've never seen a place accept a job application or school application via Twitter. Then again I don't use it. It's not my enemy any more than reality TV....I just don't pay attention to either.
