    OR....Portland is offering a lot less money than he hoped....which I'd say is entirely possible

    Cronin is a fucking idiot if he sells out the farm to get Ayton

    Nurkic has a 10,000 square foot home in West Linn he paid 3.1M for in 2019. (This has nothing to do with the Miami Penthouse he's supposed to be buying for 12-15M)

    I doubt it has anything at all to do with wanting a bigger house

    In 5 years, the Blazers didn't win one single Playoff series with Nurkic as the starting Center, just sayin.

    2017: injured, played one game, swept by the Warriors
    2018: swept by the Pelicans
    2019: injured, we made the WCF
    2020: lost in 5 to the Lakers
    2021: lost in 6 to the Nuggets
    2022: didn't make the Playoffs

    In his career, Nurkic is 3:13 in the Playoffs. We won 3 Playoff games with him as the starting Center in 5 years since he's been here, think about that

    Nurk just sat out for months with either a fake injury or minor injury to get rest cause he already got verbal (and most likely written) confirmation of him having a contract.

    If they flipped on that I'd be really surprised.

    not for me...moved on from any failed playoff seasons long ago. Also Nurk looked better to me before he sat than he has since his injury. Nurk next to Winslow was eye opening..if Nurk agreed to a sign and trade I'd be surprised.

    What real evidence do you have of this?

    ...& obviously you haven't had plantar fasciitis. I have, nothing minor about it. It's not a bone poking through your skin or something that requires surgery, but trust me it sucks a lot. You absolutely can't jump up and down on a hardcourt and there is nothing you can do but rest it to put it behind you.

    Regardless, real or fake they paid him. Maybe, just maybe, it was because the franchise was readying themselves for a sale and wanted to do right by him & let him go into free agency fully healthy?
