    Several big games tomorrow.

Mavericks at OKC: Go Mavs! If OKC wins, they have a shot at the 7th seed which isn't awful but I want them to miss the playoffs.
    Kings at Houston: Go Kings!
    Pelicans at Lakers: Go Pelicans!!

Actually go lakers! It would be very satisfying if they loose their draft pick

I want OKC out of the playoffs though and I think New Orleans causes some problems for the Warriors.

Yeah, but do you really want the chance of the Thunder somehow inexplicably moving up in the lottery and adding Okafor or Towns to Durant and Westbrook?

That would be the doomsday scenario, even worse than the Lakers tanking into a high lotto pick.

if they make the lotto, they would have the worst possible chance at getting the top 3 picks. I wouldn't be worried.

Didn't we and Chicago have major things go our/their way in getting Oden and rose? Knowing the NBA if they get any hint at Durant leaving. Guess who gets the #1 pick? The Oklahoma city soon...thunder.

I find it hard to believe the league could rig a lotto with it being ran right in front of the reps of each team. These reps get to inspect the balls going in as well. If they do, then it would be an insane masterpiece of "slight of hand".

"This week on the Carbonaro effect, we trick the reps of all the NBA teams and rig the NBA lottery."

No way. The last think the NBA wants is a perennial title contender in Cow Town. What a TV ratings snoozer that would be. Nope, the Lakers and Knicks are the big market teams most likely to benefit from any supposed "fix". They also happen to have the 1st (Knicks) and 4th (Lakers) best odds of winning the lottery (based on current standings). So, maybe a "fix" isn't really needed.

A much better scenario, for the league office, would be the Lakers winning the lottery, Westbrook leaving Cow Town for Tinsel Town and Durant fleeing to the Big Apple. Now, you have superstars in the two biggest television markets and an East Coast/West Cast rivalry between former teammates.

I thought OKC had a good team around Westbrook? Another Triple double, another loss... they might be at .500 or below as a team when he gets a triple double.

Paul George making his return tomorrow against Miami. Are they a contender if they make the playoffs?
