Hopefully there is a bonus in the contract if he trades Meyers Leonard before training camp starts.

Assuming he still has power and internet service, and isn't treading water yet, I'm sure we'll hear from him soon.

I think this is outstanding. Stability in the front office is ideal, and he has mad skills.

Need a poll question on this thread: Will the Blazers reach the Western Conference Finals before Olshey's tenure is done?

At least two each season. Shouldn't we expect the Blazers to be one of them at least once during Dame's prime?

Woj's story laying out Olshey's accomplishments makes him sound pretty successful...... two WC semi final appearences and drafting dame and CJ..and the Nurk trade

    Not really.

The odds are that the Warriors are going to be one of them for a while, and whatever team LeBron is on, too.

Even so, teams have great records and fail to make it.

The key for me is that he's trying as hard as possible to win, and I can't fault him for trying and failing.

It's not trying that sucks when you're a fan.

I'd say a handful but he is in the top 10, obviously no GM bats 1.000
