Portland has 2 open roster spots. They need to fill at least 1 with a Minimum contract.

Any suggestions on who the pick up?

I'm thinking Baldwin IV is a no brainer. I'm also hoping Portland picks up Woods out of the d-leauge on a minimum contract.

Anyone else we ought to be looking at? Again, they have to be minimum contracts....

Too early. Can't think. Still brimming with Olshey hatred.

Why do you guys still care? This team and franchise is a joke. Why does this even matter?

Baldwin will fill one of those spots once his 45 days are up. Doubt they fill the other.

Actually let’s browse the g league, why not? Another guy I like is Tony Mitchell. No not that one. NBA body (6’6 220, 6’10 wingspan.) been playing overseas but in the g league this year. His numbers:

    21 ppg, 6.6 rpg, 4.6 apg, 1.6 spg, 43 FG%, 35 3PT%.

    28 years old.

And there’s always Terrence Jones hehe.

I want cliff Alexander back. Dude has matured and gotten himself into much better shape. He looked explosive in the games I watched and outplayed Swanigan.

Looks legit and he's 25 not 28. Why isn't he in the league??

He’s 28. There are two tony Mitchells. The one that was a pistons draft pick is 25.

And idk why this one isn’t in the league. He was a training camp cut in Miami.

Is this the one out of North Texas? I remember thinking he might be a decent late round 'sleeper' pick several years ago.

    Some other possible options:

    Jeremy Evans (Erie)
Georges Niang (Salt Lake) - is his 3pnt % real?
    Khem Birch (Lakeland)
    Amile Jefferson (Iowa)
    Jaron Blossomgame (Austin)

But I still like the idea of giving Christian Wood (Delaware) a chance the best.

Some of those guys are already on two way deals I believe (Jefferson, Niang, and Birch)

I’d take a look at Blossomgame

    What about Bolomboy?

How much do 10 day contracts count against the cap?

Can guys still be signed to two way deals?

We should sign Georgios Papagiannis... a 7’2” center that can shoot and protect the rim. He was a lottery pick by the Kings 2 years ago and was just released. Still a project but I think he is worth taking a flier on.

I was just looking at what minimum salaries are and if I have it right, Baldwin’s number would be 900k, since he has a year under his belt. If that’s correct then we couldn’t afford another minimum guy (with 0 years) without going over the tax, could we?

    Belinelli just got bought out.

We could really use a shooter. Hell, I'd even look at bringing back Morrow.
