I bought my first pair of football season tickets this year. Should be fun. Bought 2 so I can go to all the games, and my buddies (and former alumni) can buy individual games off me and come with. Will be fun to go back to Corvallis, get wasted, rent a hotel and check out the bars we used to go to. Anyone else buy them? If so, how long have you had them?
I've never had the extra $ to buy season tickets. Luckily I get free tix about once a season via work or friends/family.
Buy them? Aren't they giving them away not just to try to fill the stadium? Ever since the AD scolded fans for not coming out to support the team, attendance has been on a serious slide.
Depends how much you want to spend. I got section 121, which were about 220 a piece, with the requirement I had to donate 50 to the school. If you want center field, you have to donate MUCH more. I didn't want to spend too much so I went the cheapest you could go on the donation, plus it's close to the student section so you know it will be fun.
I sit in 223 in the Club section. I have 2 seats and I have to shell out a $1,000 annual donation for each. It ends up costing me a little over $2,500, but it's well worth it. I've had the seats for 4 years.
