He could take the Jennings route and play overseas, get paid, then get drafted. Bottom line, Lavar would have 2 NBA players with a 3rd possibly on the way. Time will tell but, if there are any Kardashian fans in here, they should love Lavar.
He could also spend a year just training for the NBA. Some guy is doing that, probably for bad test scores though.
