    Unless HCP would be confused with Ohio State University, then I think he is safe. Unlikely, TOSU will get this. If they do it will only be in the context of U.S. universities.

    There is no lawsuit at this point, but you may be the reason that TOSU can't market goods in Oregon. The Beavers should thank you.

    They should file a trademark application on The University of Oregon, just to mess with Ohio State.
