I don't know who that is, but they will cut others. Jarell Martin, Wade Baldwin are some possibilities.
Cook was a good PG for Duke and Evans always seemed to play well against us for the Jazz... They're also about to waive Richard Jefferson, who might be a good veteran addition. (Not to mention the alleged Kingspeed connection.)
Most of these names are g league candidates. I don't really see the point in bringing any of them in. If we're gonna get someone it should be someone that could help. If we wanted a developmental guy we could've just kept Briscoe.
Speaking of Babbitt, he is now entering his 8th year in the NBA. As long as you shoot 40% from deep, you will find a home. Which is what I said 5 years ago when quite a few posters here said he was destined for Europe........
Niang is an Iowa State legend. So crafty and versatile, but slow. Looks like a YMCA legend. I always root for his success.
