Alright - Reese, Coughlin, Fewell, and Gilbride had a lousy 2012, but got their hall pass to return in 2013 due to their past successes. But now that 2013 is officially over (was over after the 3rd game, but only those with no objectivity didn't see that)), you can't give any of these guys another chance. I would hire Jon Gruden, and look to bring in Love Smith to run the defense. Coughlin can yap all he wants about discipline, focus, old-school BS, but the results are clear to see these last 2 seasons. This is a dumb, undisciplined team.

Sadly, Eli has regressed badly as a QB, and requires a new OC that can build an offense that takes away the risks that Gilbride refuses to pull back from. Also, a new OC needs to be brought in to leverage talent like David Wilson. Coughlin fcked the kid up real good - if you're gonna bench the kid for fumbling. How come Jacobs, Cruz, Nicks, etc. aren't benched. Someone like Norv Turner, who while not a great HC has few peers when it comes to running an offense.

As for personnel - it's time to finally cut ties with Diehl, Snee, Kiwi, Tuck, Webster. These guys have been stealing $$$ for years. And enough with trying to recreate the past with Jacobs, Ross, etc. Nicks must be allowed to leave, so the $$$ can be used elsewhere to address the OL and the LB.

Reese has been horrible with his drafts lately. It's clear Pugh wasn't a 1st round talent, and could have been had in round 2 or 3. For a non-playoff team in 2012, his picks in round 2 and round 3 barely saw the field. The contract he gave Beatty will have to be reworked, or he has to be released. A new GM has to come in and build the OL from scratch, from the draft and via FA. Nothing will get better until this is finally done.

What an embarrassment.......after watching Seattle destroy the Giants.
Eli sounds that he is literally shell-shocked. Meanwhile, management
is conspicuously quiet....Hmmmmmmm. Their jobs should be on the line.
