<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Cavaliers assistant coaches huddled with the players prior to the Los Angeles Lakers game Sunday to discuss the fine points of the game plan. Assistant coach Kenny Natt pulled aside swingman Sasha Pavlovic to caution him about Lakers All-Star guard Kobe Bryant, who is second in the NBA in scoring at 27.4 points per game. "I said something about him guarding Kobe," Natt said. "He said, 'Kobe should be worried about me.' That's his ego. I said, 'C'mon, Sasha.' " Pavlovic scored 12 points and pulled down four rebounds in the Cavaliers' 103-89 victory over the Lakers. He didn't exactly shut down Bryant, who scored 26 points on 7-of-22 shooting. As far as his pregame boast, Pavlovic said, "I was just kidding." Natt said Pavlovic did a decent job defensively (LeBron James also defended Bryant). "(Pavlovic) went out and played hard," he said. "He stayed down, moved his feet and stayed out of foul trouble." Pavlovic, 21, presents a different challenge for opposing teams than swingman Ira Newble, who has been ruled out of the Cavaliers' remaining two games before the All-Star break because of a strained Achilles tendon.</div> Source
