-Chicago Bulls Gasol left Friday night's game, and an MRI showed no major structural damage, although coach Tom Thibodeau said he was ''not sure'' how severe the strain is.

He also said ''we'll see how he feels'' when asked if the five-time All-Star will play Sunday.forwardPau Gasolis questionable for Game 4 of the Eastern Conference semifinals against the Cleveland Cavaliersbecause of a strained left hamstring.

Bulls are about 2 to 2.5 point underdogs in this one. Let's hope they keep pulling off these upsets.

    Tough without Gasol.

It's been the Gasol and Jimmy show all year.

But the Bulls are 10-3 in the last 13 games.

Thibs will keep us in it to the end is my hunch. And we win.

He says Rose and Butler are exhausted. Said Bron gets a win on the road.

    I saw that.

Bulls have to be committed to a win today.

On the way out of Joakim Noah’s clutch, childhood friends grabbed Derrick Rose inside the United Center and one tapped him twice on the head. His brothers and old high school teammates, including Tim Flowers, reassured Rose: You’re the man here.

Less than 10 feet away stood the only other man in Rose’s locker room, Jimmy Butler, with a similar ferociousness in mind and game, percolating an equal mentality to dominate. Long before the season started, everyone around these Chicago Bulls understood something clicked within Butler. If there’s someone here who feels more worthy than Rose for game-defining shots, it’s Butler. If there’s someone so quiet publicly about wanting superstardom, yet cherishing this new career chase, it’s Jimmy Butler.

So before Rose banked in one of the most pivotal shots of his career -- a fadeaway three-pointers to give him 30 points and the Bulls a 99-96 victory in Game 3 against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday -- his unrelenting, unafraid backcourt partner hounded LeBron James, drained clutch shots even as his legs felt heavy all night and served as the perfect two-way player next to a former most valuable player. There were the 20 points, nine in the final eight minutes, and eight rebounds, five steals and two assists out of Butler.

Sorry, no read here. Obviously, after two lopsided efforts, this series is now in "Game On!" mode. This one figures to be hard on the nerves, but my beer supply is ample so I expect to survive.

Your boy needs kick ass when Thibodeau puts him in there.

    Go Bulls!

Folks can say what they want about Thibodeau, but he's experienced and prepared. Kerr and the other former players who have gone straight to head coaching positions better surround themselves with, and listen to experienced assistants or they risk being schooled by longtime coaches like Thibodeau or the Grizz's Dave Joerger.
