Power lifting a problem for Jones?

    Look at Cain Velasquez-- it can lead to long term injuries if overdone or done with poor form.

    GSP's approach with body weight exercises, gymnastics, and cross training seems like the best method.

    But each guy will have his own way of doing things that works for him.

    Agreed, GSP seems to have the mix of workouts down perfectly compared to other fighters.

    I didn't think of Jones' powerlifting until after the fight but he did look slower than usual and stiffer than usual. I wonder if he'll continue down that road of power lifting or if he'll ease off of it.
