Lots of games going on today, most notably the Manchester derby and a London derby.

    FIXTURES (ordered by kick-off)

R Man City 0-1 Man Utd
    Birmingham v Hull
    Blackburn v Everton
    Fulham v Wolves
    Stoke v Bolton
    Sunderland v Burnley
    Tottenham v Chelsea

I'll give you some 'running commentary', should be a good one.

At least the Derby referee isn't too bad.

Both clubs have fielded a very strong squad although I'm not sure why Ireland has fallen out of favor at the Midlands. Has he been injured? Watch for Wright-Phillips to get a bit of play-time, he'll definitely cause problems. City also welcome back Bridge after he was out with a hernia operation.

United's weakest area of the squad is their back four. Neville is a twat and Evans is inexperienced. Ferdinand is out with a groin injury and failed the fitness test before the match. United are obviously boosted by the return of their main man, Wayne Rooney, who is the only player worth watching on their squad. I don't understand the choice of Gibson over Carrick but I can still see United stealing a win.

Nevertheless, my prediction is 2-1 to Shitty.

TEAMS Man City v Man Utd

Man City: Given, Onuoha, Kompany, Toure, Bridge, Johnson, De Jong, Barry, Bellamy, Tevez, Adebayor. Subs: Nielsen, Zabaleta, Ireland, Wright-Phillips, Santa Cruz, Vieira, Boyata.

Man Utd: Van der Sar, Neville, Vidic, Jonathan Evans, Evra, Fletcher, Scholes, Gibson, Valencia, Rooney, Giggs. Subs: Kuszczak, Berbatov, Carrick, Nani, Rafael Da Silva, O'Shea, Obertan.

    Referee: Martin Atkinson (W Yorkshire)

It should be a very interesting game as Neville will have a hard time containing Bellamy and Tevez with his lack of pace and Rooney will cause problems for any defender.

3' -- Quite a pacy start to the game, no team having a shot on goal. Corner for United comes to nothing.

Jesus, I don't think I've ever seen anyone as pale as Adam Johnson.

4' -- Fletcher gets the first shot on goal and it's a very good one at that. He grabs the ball at the top of the box and hits it sweetly on the half volley. The ball dips just wide of the post, I think Given had it covered though.

7' -- Gibson's error forces him to foul Tevez on the edge of the box. Freekick given, dangerous.

8' -- Fantastic hands by Edwin. Tevez curls in his freekick with force and a flying van der Sar makes a diving catch. Very close.

12' -- Fletcher finds Scholes unmarked at the top of the box who badly drags his shot wide. 0-0.

14' -- Kompany makes an awful errors and unleashes Rooney down the right-hand side. Rooney finds his way into the box but is unable to get a cross/shot in thanks to Toure. Possibly United's best chance so far. 0-0.

16' -- Kompany gets fouled by a ghost and goes down like a sack of potatoes. Not quite sure what to say about that, neither does Rooney. 0-0.

By the way, the ref just missed two blatant handballs. One by Bridge in the penalty area and another by Gareth Barry (he has been nonexistent today).
