Hey, I agree. No one can touch @Darkwebs ability. Just trying to emulate a hero's work. I hope he hasn't retired either.

Probably still on vacay...82 game threads plus playoffs a year is a lot of work. And it's much appreciated. I do the forum games and other things, nothing as detailed as these game threads. Takes alot of time.

@Darkwebs usually sits out the preseason.

He's the Lillard of game threads!

And yes, this game thread is sooooo much better than the one our Laker lover made!

No one has stood out other than DSJ. Come on Dame has not stood out at all. CJ has stood out for not being able to hit a goddamn thing so the team has that going for it.

I have no concerns with the play of Powell. He’s solid and in his small amount of pre-season minutes, he looks good.

HE SIMPLY NEEDS TO BE OUR STARTING 2-GUARD!

    CJ for Simmons ASAP!

If you are going to ATTEMPT to make an official game thread, at least make an ATTEMPT.

I think @Chris Craig did a fine job on the game thread!
I still have a pretty bad feeling about this game.
Warriors might have an easy night.

Rosters have to be cut down by tomorrow. Guessing Smith will get the last spot but tonight is still an opportunity for him as it looks like he’ll start.

It's important to remember that the 14th spot on our roster is only the last spot because Olshey is choosing to make it so, if that is the case. We have 15 available spots, we could easily keep both Smith and either Chriss or Patterson. So, let's hope with the injury histories of Nurk, Zeller and Nance that we choose to keep another big on the roster. Smith has definitely performed the best and I guess we could use another PG behind Ant on the depth chart even though that's just one more player under 6'4" and we already have too many. Last season we were reduced to playing Melo and/or Rondae Hollis-Jefferson at backup center. I would hope we'd take the proper steps to assure we don't have to relive that.

Your jealousy that you were beaten to the spot is showing.
