<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">PORTLAND -- The Portland Trail Blazers expect starting center Joel Przybilla to sit out this week with a lower abdominal hematoma suffered during Friday's loss to Golden State.

Przybilla was kneed in the groin while attempting to block a shot midway through the first quarter Friday night, which is apparently how he incurred the injury *-- a localized collection of blood, usually clotted, in a tissue or organ. He left the game after playing only 11 minutes, during which he blocked three shots and grabbed four rebounds but failed to score.

Przybilla did not attend Saturday's game against Minnesota while recovering.

Blazers coach Nate McMillan said Przybilla's loss will force the Blazers to significantly re-tool their lineup, with Jamaal Magloire starting in Przybilla's place and Zach Randolph moving over from power forward for backup. Small forwards Travis Outlaw and Stephen Graham will see time at power forward as well.

That smaller lineup could also force the Blazers to adopt a different style of play by relying on their perimeter players to be more creative.

"We're so small," McMillan said. "I have to allow the perimeter guys to be more creative, play a little bit more one-on-one, looking to drive as opposed to basically focusing on just establishing an inside game. Because of the personnel we're going to have to change a little bit. We're going to be playing smaller basketball. And that will be an adjustment for me as well as the players." </div>
