The Texas Rangers have agreed to terms with infielder Adam Rosales on a one-year deal worth $750,000 for the 2014 season. The 30-year-old was arbitration eligible. Rosales split last season with the Rangers and Oakland Athletics, batting .190 with five doubles, five homers and 12 RBIs in 68 games. Rosales was designated for assignment four times in a span of 34 days from July 8 through Aug. 10, three times by Oakland.
