Good trade for them in my opinion. I was a big fan of Charlie Villanueva, but with Bargnani coming over, the froncourt was a bit full. T.J. Ford will be a great, young point guard for the Raptors to mold. It also balances out the roster more. Don't really like the move that much for the Bucks, though. Aren't they loaded at SF/PF?
They better have gotten someone else too...at least Magloire... I went on the espn and nba websites and nobody's reported this trade.
I'm sorry, I think Colangelo is a great GM, but if he made this trade, then I have no idea what the hell he is doing. You never trade a big man for a PG, bigmen are just way too valuable these days, especially one with Villanueva's skillset.
our lineup would be TJ Ford Mo Pete Grahm/Barghani? Bosh Barghani/ Rasho? but ya i would rather have charlie anyday....we probably got someone along with Tj...are we allowed to trade right now anyways?
I understand where you guys are coming from becaus CV is a great player. I guess they don't plan on resining james.
We kind of knew we weren't going to sign James...but I really thought we could have gotten someone better for Charlies' value
WTF? This is awful. I knew we had too many front court players but why trade Charlie when we still haven't found out what he's capable of? Especially straight up for T.J Ford?!? I didn't mind drafting Bargnani, but this makes me mad. Milwaukee was obviously trying to get rid of Ford and this was the best deal he could get? I thought we had our frontcourt situation set for years to come with Bosh and Villanueva. I don't get this at all. Front court of Rasho/Bosh/Bargnani, that's great.

How could anyone possible like this trade for the Raptors? I don’t care if our frontcourt was crowded, it’s just not logical to trade a future all-star and our second best player; he could’ve been even better than Bosh. Man, this really upsets me. I’d rather give up Bargs than Charlie.
Yeah same here. Why trade someone that's already established and replace him by drafting a guy that we don't even know if he can play in the NBA.
