A third of the season has passed, but Stephen Drew has rejoined the Boston Red Sox, having completed a 10-game minor league assignment after signing a prorated $10 million deal with the Sox last month. The left-handed hitting Drew will be batting eighth in the lineup, while Xander Bogaerts, who had started 53 of the team's first 57 games at short, slides over to third base for his first start there this season.
