So I figure a new thread for every game is appropriate, and HCP approves. Game 2 visual notes: Refs really seemed to let the game flow until about 6 minutes left in the half. An out of bounds call called in favor of the blazers by a ref behind the play who was out of position. On the in bound pass lillard was tackled Into the back court for a horrible back court violation make up call. While the last 6 minutes of the first half were being dominated by refs trying to insert themselves into the game, I started thinking perhaps we finally have a superstar who gets calls in dame. Im sure the stats wont lie. Lillard shot 15-17 free throws. No, this isn't total stats for the 13-14 season, this is one game! When is the last time a single blazer shot 17 free throws? I'm too lazy to do the homework, and I hate rhetoricals, so let's just say NEVER for dramatic affect. Curry got superstar treatment of course, but it felt like we got a little love too. While it felt the refs tried to change some momentum at the end of the first half, i'd have to say this is one of those rare games where it seemed relatively evenly called. Not much drama for my ratings, but I'm here to find the truth, damnit! Fun Facts: -Curry missed 3 free throws, which is more than any game last year: your ref tracker call chart: big jumps for the blazers, hopefully the trend continues! Post game Quotes that were never really said: "Wow, this ref tracker is great, Sly, my wife has some panties signed by biebs if you could deliver the swag to sheedfan, that'd be awesome brah!" -HCP "Woof, woof, woof, bark, more peanut butter" -Slypokerdog
I thought you were going to mention Crabbe after reading your Thread Title. Then I realized you were talking about Dame with his numerous FT trips.
I believe you will find ref tracker relies more on emotion and deceit rather than any real factual stat. That's why Adam silver approves.
