Rondo, not even close. And I don't like Rubio as much as others but I dislike Rondo even more. It's probably because he plays with KG and KG is tied for my most hated NBA player.
Gotta echo the "Rondo and it's not even close" sentiment. Rubio's best case is probably higher than Rondo, but I somehow doubt he's going to fulfill that potential. Rondo on the other hand is quickly evolving into a monster defender, a great finisher and a great distributor ... even without an outside shot he's almost unstoppable and he's got a ring.
