    Wow!

The sky's the limit for Rondo!

    19 pts, 9-14 FG, 15 reb, 14 ast, and 1 stl @ Dallas

Only bad stat was the 6 TOs

    and Boston wins again!

MikeDC's player rankings have Rondo as the should-be starter in the All-Star game. When people talked about KG for MVP last year, I answered that Rondo might be the real MVP.

Rondo's the guy that hurts us most if we lose him. Aside from maybe KG.

:lol: That's a joke. You can put any mediocre pg in a team with Pierce Allen and Garnett and they'll look good

    LOL @ the NeTS!! fan.

Rondo is one of the elite facilitators and distributors in the game. I'd take him on this team before Devin Harris.

yeah, id have to agree with that! and to think that he's just 2 years (?) pro!

once he improves his shooting he may be a regular All-Star! maybe even a starter in a coupla years!

I thought Paul Pierce was amazing down the stretch. He shot after shot to keep Boston in front.

Of course Allen, Pierce and KG are better players than Rondo but the latter is just as important to this team as the other three IMO.

Im not saying that Rondo sucks, he has great potential but to consider him an all star starter is crazy. When you have 3 teammates being double teamed all the time its not that hard to score and for assists lol all he has to do is lob the ball within 3 feet of the rim and KG will get it. Put Rondo in a bad team where he's getting doubled teamed all the time and let's see what he can do.

Name me a great NBA point guard who doesn't have weapons around him.

Your total rep points increase, but those are only visible to you in your user CP. The rep power thing increases by one annually. So in February 2010, your rep power will be 2. :)

Baron is more of a scoring guard right? and in Golden State, his weapons were the run and gun system plus scorers like J-Rich, Stephen Jackson, Al Harrington, and Monta

Deron is more of a "pure" point guard, but he's had Boozer, Okur, Kirilenko, and Korver. Not superstars like Allen, Pierce, and KG but good enough.

and Rose is great, but he also has Ben Gordon, Kirk Hinrich, and Luol Deng right? Unless you don't consider those guys weapons?

I'm not saying that Rondo is better than any of these guys, these guys are superstars but they've also have weapons or had weapons at one point which made them excel even more.
I don't think Baron is doing as well now in the Clippers even tho he has Randolph and Camby. But maybe thats more because of the injuries...

How many games had Boozer played this year? Having Okur Kirilenko and Korver is not even close to having KG allen Pierce and House.
Again im not saying that Rondo sucks but hes not an all star. He'll probably be an all star in the future but as of right now he's not.

Just David West and Peja Stojakovic, and a host of bench/role players who can shoot it.
