The Chicago Blackhawks signed 2013 first-round draft choice Ryan Hartman to a three-year contract Monday. The 19-year-old Hartman, a forward, was selected 30th overall in the 2013 draft, is a native of West Dundee, Ill., and attended Fremd High School in Palatine, Ill.
