Sassers stats while starting

    thought i would share a little info to eveyone............ no here are his numbers


    14.5 pts
    7.0 rbs
    2.0 stls
    4.0 off rbs
    0.5 blks
    1.0 asts

    so i think we should start sasser along with mcgrady and miller.

    When Jeryl Sasser plays 30+ minutes he averages 15.5 points, 7.3 rebounds, 1.0 assists, 2.75 steals, 75% on Free Throws, and 53% FG's.

    he got in foul trouble, only had 4 points. but he did get all 4 in the opening minutes.

    he did great against the suns when he started. i agree, we need to play him more, but i wouldn't say start him. i doubt he will get anymore playing time even though hill's done.

    i know theres sasser fans here but am i the only one who thinks hes terrible? The dude has a 30% shooting average 21% in his rookie year :shock: PLUS he only gets mins when tmac is hurt. Keith Bogans can do a lot better job. I say trade him to free cap space

    I dont know why you guys like SASSER so much, he suck the only time DOC plays him is when T-MAC dont play. The only game that I can remeber when SASSER played OK was when T-MAC had his first child and he did not play. SASSER had 26 PTS and 10 REB even tho he let P.PIERCE score 28 PTS, 13 REB, AND 13 AST he had a nice game

    he's not great, but he's not horrible either. i think he could be a good solid defensive presence for us to guard the big pg's. noone wants sasser, so we can't really trade him for cap room.

    i think there is a team option after his 3rd year, which will be this year. so he will be a free agent next summer i think.
