There was just some bruising on the cartilage. He will be back in three weeks." </font></p> <font size="2">Scholes is likely to miss the Community Shield against Chelsea and the Premiership opener against Reading.</font></p> <font size="2">Fellow midfielder Owen Hargreaves is still suffering from knee tendinitis and will not play on United's Far East tour. </font></p> <font size="2">Ferguson admitted he does not know when the £17m signing will be able to make his United debut. </font></p> <font size="2">"It's just tendinitis.
