    Not sure if Bud is actually an upgrade though. He was fired for not making in-game adjustments. Seems that is a big complaint about our coaches.

    That's the compliant from the majority of fans have about their favorite teams head coach.

    Adjustments, substitution patterns, and use of timeouts. It's pretty universal.
