Jarret Jack leads in TO's. http://fantasynews.sportsline.com/fantasybasketball/stats/leaders/preseason/yearly/NBA/TO
And not surprisingly Dwight Howard is dominating in nearly every category. I can't wait to see what happens when Oden meets him, and then Rudy pound it on him again.
That's a pretty average ratio for a PG. For example, Steve Blake is consistently in the 3.5 range for an entire season, which puts him in the top 10. I like seeing Roy's 5.5 A/T ratio on that list.
But JJ has less turn-overs per game and a better a/to ratio than J-Kidd... The total assists or total turn-overs statistic is just useless when you do not factor team pace, assist/to rate and number of games played. It is nice to see that we have Sergio, Rudy and Brandon in the top 12 of the APG however. But, nothing can really be learned from such a small sample size anyway. The 2nd best Blazer on the a/to ratio is ... Travis Outlaw...
I like the position Serg is in right now. Less expectation, back up PG who won't be heavily relied upon (Blazers will play with Roy, Rudy at PG), but will get more time than last year and the opportunity to show if he can make the transition to a contributing NBA PG. If he can just play decent defense, I think he solidfies himself as the spark plug back-up PG.
Sergio is averaging two steals per game so far. If he keeps that up throughout the season he'll see more minutes.
