Shareef Abdur-Rahim demanded a trade from the Blazers. He demanded this because the Blazers say that Randolph is better than him at the 4, so would have Abdur-Rahim start at the 3. But Abdur-Rahim says that he is 27 and is in the prime of his carrer.

I dont know where he will end up...YOu think L.A. would possibly want him, package Caron Butler and something else for SAR?

Seattle had serious interest in getting him before.

To me, Shareef Abdur-Rahim is a very good trade bait. If and when the Blazers put him on the trade block, I'm sure they'd receive a bunch of very appealing offers for him. All in all, there is no way that the Blazers would end up getting ripped off.

But youre forgetting that the Blazers GM is John nash...
He will get scared at the end and will trade Shareef for Sacramento's draft pick,Dikembe Mutambo or even C.mills

    u never know...

I hope we can keep Shareef. I think hed make our team win more if he helped us off the bench. Last season, if our starters weren't doing good, you could always count on shareef to get the job done.

All of these guys demanding trades makes me sick. They are under contract, so stay under the damned thing.

It was indicated that he would probably play 30 MPG in a 3 Man Rotation at the Forward spot with him, Z-BO and Miles.

The Blazers made a mistake by signing Hassell and not making the Nets trade.

Hell no I don't feel sorry for that cat. Dude's making that much money, and he's pretty much keeping years in his career if he rides the pine for a while, since he'll have less chance to get injured. He needs to sacrifice for the good of the team.
