As already pointed out this is not possible. If both accept their QO then we may trade one for another if you close down the salary gap between the two, that’s all. Parker would make $7.3million next year, Nurkic will make $4.1million so we’d need to attach $3million somehow. I don’t think Parker takes QO with his injury issues. He will want assurances and will accept a bigger offer from someone. I reckon he will get $30million for 2 years from Bulls.
I wouldn’t do this even if the cap restrictions made it possible. Parker’s hurt way to often and Nurkic is young enough if he works hard and things go his way he could wiggle into the top 10 of nba centers at some point in his career.
