List of grenade attacks in Sweden
    From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Bombings increased significantly in 2015, with Swedish police investigating around 100-150 explosions.[1][2][3] There were over 30 explosions reported in the Swedish city of Malmö alone by August 2015,[4] up from a total of 25 in all of 2014.[5] Malmö police have consequently warned about undetonated grenades in the city.[6][7] According to Swedish police, the use of hand grenades in crime is unprecedented in all comparable European and non-European countries, and the only countries with similar characteristics are those with warlike conditions, such as Mexico with the ongoing drug war. One study suggests Sweden had four to five times as many fatal shootings per capita as Norway and Germany from 2008-2014.[8][2] Many such attacks are related to organised crime and extortion of restaurants and businesses.[9] Far-right political activists spreading anti-immigrant sentiments have attributed the rise in grenade attacks and crime with the migrant crisis, a claim that has been disputed. [10][11] Paulina Neuding of The Spectator wrote that Swedish officials have failed to effectively address the problem: "it’s still hard for Swedish authorities to be frank about what’s going on. It’s widely known that gang members are mainly first- and second-generation immigrants...and yet politicians, in government and opposition, seem particularly concerned that violence in immigrant suburbs is a PR problem, a threat to the image of Sweden [12]

In Malmö, the grenades are frequently old weapons from the wars in the Balkans. The police assume that someone imported a large cache of grenades, which has then been distributed to criminal gangs.[13] In addition to grenade attacks, there are a significant number of related bomb attacks with improvised explosive devices, including homemade bombs.[14][15] The number of incidents involving explosives tripled between 2008 and 2016.[16] During 2017 the number of grenade attacks dropped compared to the previous year. 21 compared to 35 in 2016, but up from 2015 when it was 10.[17] The hand grenades found by the police is exclusively the ex-Yugoslavian M75 hand grenade.[17]

    Responses
Along with a number of shootings, the summer of 2015 was dubbed "the summer of unrest" by Swedish Prime Minister Stefan Löfven, who during a speech said the attacks would "not be tolerated".[89] Some hundred new police officers were set to be appointed in Malmö in the following months, after concerns were raised by the regional police union.[90] Police began work the same summer of attempting to thwart "mass hysteria" among terrified Malmö residents.[91]

In 2017 the Swedish government proposed harsher punishments for possession of grenades.[92]

In 2018 the Swedish government has proposed a three-month "grenade amnesty" to be held from October 2018 to January 2019.[93]

Back here in socialist city San Francisco.

San Francisco introduces 'Poop Patrol' to clean up after its own crappy liberal policies

San Francisco starts 'poop patrol' to deal with human waste
The city of San Francisco just can’t seem to do anything right.

The city’s liberal policies designed to welcome the homeless and encourage illegal drug use is turning the city from a high-tech haven of beauty and cleanliness, to what UC Berkeley professor Lee Riley described as unsanitary conditions “much greater than communities in Brazil or Kenya or India.”

Congratulations lefties, the former crown jewel of the West Coast is now being compared to some of the dirtiest slums in the world.

Since the beginning of 2018, the city has received over 14,000 calls to the 311 service about feces on the sidewalks and in the streets. It has gotten so bad the city has lost conventions because of the filth.

It appears the city is tired of being the butt of national jokes and has decided to fight back. Local officials have announced yet another program to fix the problems the other programs caused in the first place. The “poop patrol” is expected to cost about $750,000 and employs six people with two trucks. No word if the trucks are hybrid.

"What we are trying to do is be proactive,” said Director of Public Works Mohammed Nuru. ”So we'll have a crew that will roam around looking for locations. We actually have data for neighborhoods where we get frequent calls."

Nuru added that “what happens is we’re going to take one of those crews out and try to get ahead of those calls and look for these locations so that hopefully we can get less numbers of calls coming in.”

Two things are disturbing about the city’s latest move. Judging from Nuru’s comments, it appears the city is more worried about having to answer phone calls, which is their job, than the actual danger posed by the feces.

The second problem is the health danger the fecal matter poses. Pictures of workers cleaning up the problem seem to have one thing in common; they are wearing protective gear. This begs the question, where is the protective gear for the thousands of citizens walking on the streets every day?

It may seem like a joke, and making fun of San Francisco is all the rage, but there is a real health threat to the people of the city. Ask anyone that was deployed to Afghanistan or Iraq.

As a former contractor with the State Department in Kabul, Afghanistan, I can attest to the danger dried airborne fecal matter poses. The “Kabul Crud” hits just about every westerner that goes to the country usually within two weeks of arrival. The air in Kabul is not only filthy with dust, but it is also contaminated with dried fecal matter. This is what happens when you have an open sewer system, as San Francisco now appears to have.

Dr. Lee Riley has warned about the dangers the conditions in San Francisco are posing to the residents warning about rotavirus stating, “If you happen to inhale that, it can also go into your intestine.” The virus can be fatal.

San Francisco officials need to quit coming up with programs to fix its previously flawed programs. The city needs to get to the root of the problem, and that is its policies that encourage illegal drug use, which in turn attracts homelessness and its horrendous building regulations that cause homelessness.

One of my best friends ever is now in Karuna, 180 miles above the Arctic circle. The isolation of the 17,000 people is a perfect place to practice brotherhood. You stand out in a small town like that and they like their sole American too.

Trust me San Franciso is not more unsanitary than Brazil or India...not even close. Probably not Kenya either, though I haven't been there.

It's a shame what is happening in Sweden, my cousin and her family is scared of what's going on.

They've brought in way too many people and have been doing a terrible job at trying to integrate them into Swedish society.

I saw a documentary on that about a year ago and they said Sweden was trying to limit the influx of people.

Please note the statistics and analysis done by the Swedish government and by Politifact in the following two links -
