    Maybe I missed where they explained this part, but how do you choose which game you want to buy tickets for when we don't even know which games will be played at home? I'd like tickets to either Game 2 or Game 4.

    So, where do we enter the promo code to get access to the presale tickets? All I get at Ticketmaster is a Tickets not Currently Available screen with no place to enter the presale code.
