Is Stotts ever going to try some new blood at the starting 4? Aminu is giving us absolutely nothing right now. I don't mind him as a player but he is not a starter on a winning team in this league. He needs to come off the bench and be a utility guy. Our starting forwards are giving us zilch right now and it's time to shake it up. Unfortunately, we're all pretty sure Stotts won't do that. Harkless has a bit more leeway since he's just coming back from an injury but we have GOT to get more activity than we're getting from our forwards. I'm all for Zach Collins starting in place of Aminu or sliding Aminu to the 3. I wouldn't mind taking a look at Sauce starting at the 3 as well as Layman. I thought he did well. I would just like to see some more aggression from him. What's say you?
Unless we make a trade, or play Zach as a four, Aminu is really our only option. I rate Zach, but I don't think it suits him or the Blazers to be starting right now.
Given Collin's and his inability to avoid silly fouls. There is no way he could start, nor play starters minutes.
More respect, knowing he has to be more cautious, and giving more time to learnt though failure would help him resolve those issues.
Olshey's ability to get a quality PF or SF has been almost a complete fail since LA left. That is 40% of the starting line up that is a big whiff. Need to take away his valet service.
Given his career arc in Orlando and now here, you have to wonder if this is his passive/aggresive way of forcing a trade.
I agree! Meyers scores at his best when on the floor early in games. Let's try this and probably see him score 15-20 points.
