After helping lead his team to a regular season record 73 wins, Warriors head coach Steve Kerr has been named NBA Coach of the Year, according to ESPN's Marc Stein. Kerr, 50 and in his second year as Warriors head coach, was forced to miss Golden State's first 43 games after undergoing offseason back surgery to repair a spinal fluid leak.
