<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Sebastian Telfair, injured in Sunday's Vegas Summer League loss to Dallas, practiced Tuesday and is expected to be in the starting lineup tonight when the Blazers (2-1) play the Cleveland Cavaliers (4-0) at UNLV's Cox Pavilion.

Sergei Monia's wait to secure a visa finally ended this week, but too late for the 6-foor-8 Russian forward to join the Blazers at the Vegas Summer League. Monia, the No. 23 pick in the 2004 draft, probably would not have arrived in Las Vegas any sooner than today, so the Blazers decided to have him stay home and said they will consider bringing him to Portland in September before the start of training camp.

Second-year center Ha Seung Jin has been hit with left knee tendinitis and is expected to miss the Blazers' final three summer league games. In three games, Ha scored 17 points on 7 of 10 shooting from the field with 14 rebounds in 63 minutes. Ha also committed 21 personal fouls -- or one every three minutes he was on the court -- and would have fouled out of all three games in which he appeared if not for summer league rules that allow unlimited personal fouls. -- Jim Beseda </div>
