Tevez was reportedly a guest at United's Premiership title-winning party in London. </p> "He just cannot contain his excitement at the news," said a source close to the Argentina camp. </p> "Tevez has been concerned about his future, worried about where he may play next season and now he is joining the biggest club in the world! This is massive news." </p> The Mail reports that United were hoping to keep news of the transfer quiet until the controversy over Sheffield United's appeal against being relegated instead of West Ham, who it is claimed should have lost points for fielding Tevez, died down.</p> The paper adds that the deal will not be officially announced until the middle of next week, with the official transfer fee and wages still to be confirmed. </p> United have already signed Portuguese winger Nani and Brazilian midfielder Anderson on five-year contract, and have brought in England midfielder Owen Hargreaves from Bayern Munich.
