Texas Longhorns junior point guard Isaiah Taylor will declare for the NBA Draft, according to ESPN's Jeff Goodman, but will not hire an agent, allowing him to keep open the possibility of returning to school to play his senior season for head coach Shaka Smart. In light of recent rule changes that allow a prospect to declare for the draft, go through the pre-draft combine, and then opt to return to school as long as they don't hire an agent, this is a relatively unsurprising decision by the 6'1, 170-pounder -- in essence, he has nothing to lose by going through this process. - See more at: http://www.burntorangenation.com/20...ylor-nba-draft-decalres-agent-texas-longhorns
