so for the last month and a half I haven't slept at all. I just can't sleep. My body won't let me. And when I do I have bad dreams and I just wake up right away and I've been so tired. Last night Roys shot put me to bed and made me sleep the entire night. Maybe the Blazers are the cure to my insomnia.

Have you tried laying down? I find that helps. Back in '92 I tried it and it really worked. Sure beats standing in the corner.

try learning some meditation/ mind cleansing exercises that you can do before you go to sleep. most people don't get restfull REM sleep because they dont prepare their mind and body to relax.

Good point. Most ppl just try to go to bed. Try to meditate and relax a bit. (hence the weed comment)

Go to the gym. Wears me out every time. That or just rub one out in the shower! Let me know if you need a picture of Mrs. Panic to help.

Totally agree with the exercise comment. However I wouldn't know absolutely anything about rubbing one out.
