Whitehouse.gov saying “no, the president is fine we promise” means nothing to me. Not exactly an unbiased source. Any adult with a brain can clearly see Biden is suffering with severe cognitive decline. The small handful of people still trying to deny it are crazy to think that idea will somehow track with people who have eyes and ears. People are saying they can see an old man mumbling incoherently, constantly losing his train of thought, falling asleep at events and being corralled by handlers, and your response is “no, read this thing that says otherwise.” At some point you have to actually look at the world around you.
Didn't see anything in that list that includes "flying on Air Force One with all the creature comforts one could ask for" making a difference.
Ahh, I see...exaggerate much?...you could not support your claim with anything other than your myopic opinion, so now you're relegated to simply disputing the source I provided. ...sorry, I'm not impressed. I'll take Kevin O'Connor's signed testament over your unsupported claim every time.
I've always said both Biden and Trump are too old for the job...that hasn't changed but Biden isn't a victim, he made a choice. I also said we need better options but I'll vote for the lesser of two evils everytime. A guy like Putin uses body doubles to travel for him ..Joe should do that as well...you don't have to travel as president..FDR was wheelchair bound..you can run the office from a cell phone and a laptop these days. You can send your vice president to global meetings. The main thing is that Joe replaced the talent pool in his cabinet while Trump just kept firing everybody and closing doors on foreign diplomacy and things like doctors without borders. These things are important to me, that we use our influence as a nation for the good of the planet and not for expanding our borders as Russia and China are trying to do. Lunacy is a president that is a compulsive liar that will kowtow to dictators that hate America. Choices
It's unclear how much of a difference it makes. Thanks to relativity, when you're flying in a plane you are experiencing the passage of time at a different rate than you typically do. It's not much, but it's an interesting question. How much of part of the equation is it? Einstein was right. Flying clocks around the world in opposite directions proved it. Time isn't the same for everyone, even on Earth. Flying around the world gave Einstein the ultimate test. No one is immune from relativity.
Evidently not nearly as much as you. You've evidently not done a lot of flying for long distances. If someone is fatigued from flying so much they will likely tell you that it won't matter much whether you're sleeping on Air Force One or a Holiday Inn Express. Flying as much as Biden has done this past week can be rough on anyone, regardless of age.
Pretty sure the contribution of relativity to jet lag is very very very very close to zero. Unless Air Force 1 travels at near the speed of light. barfo
One thing that is obviously missing from the list is the only one that would support your prior claim: Flying commercial. If you are a mere commoner, you may even have to sit in coach. This increases your jet lag. barfo
Does flying multiple times to China, Japan, Sweden, Australia, and even Tahiti count? Of course most of my long-distance flying was when I was in my 30's/40's/50's which is kind of the point. Joe is OLD! Too old to be POTUS. I guarantee that having a nice set-up to fly in makes a difference. Business class is not nearly as hard on you as coach.
Yeah, mostly joking. Though relativity comes into play at elevation as well... we have to calibrate our GPS satellites to account for it. That said, 99% joking.
Joe Biden is the perfect age to be president if that's what it takes to keep Trump out of office. Nothing else matters as much at this point in time. And I don't like Biden.
I hate it. But not as much as I hated having Trump as president and watching him destroy democracy...
