I do not know what is in the Ranger pipeline, but this Ranger team has nothing that really demonstrates “captain”, nor do they have a player of Mathew Barzal’s talent and intensity. Kreider just disappears too much in many games to get the “C”!
When Barzal and the rest of the Islanders can play a ounce of defense, wake me. The Islanders forwards just want to score and play no defense. Thus why their team freakin sucks after years of super high picks. That and Snow is the worst GM in sports.
