    I'm really hoping we can look back on this and say it was one of the best things that could have happened to this team. Dame is still in his prime and we can still put pieces around him.

    Winning this series would have just been another excuse. Now there is no denying that we need to make the changes that were so obvious to so many of us.

    Unfortunately it's hard to imagine we can get enough to make a difference. We've been lapped by some of the teams that were clearly behind us just a year or two ago.
