I'm sure everyone here is familiar with the Tito Ortiz/Lee Murray street fight story but just in case it goes as follows: for some reason UFC brass thought it was appropriate to bus a bunch of UFC fighters and team-mates out to a night club following UFC 38 at Royal Albert Hall in London. After a night of drinking the bus doesn't come back to get them so the men wander out into the streets. Tony Fryklund, mistaking some play-fighting between one of Tito Ortiz's crew and Matt Hughes as real aggression, kicks off a brawl. Ortiz personally goes after Lightning Lee Murray and winds up face down in an alley with Murray kicking his unconscious head.

Well apparently Ortiz hasn't learned his lesson about starting donnybrooks. Fast forward to this NYE. Ortiz spots David Terrell at Drai's, a nightclub at Caesar's in Vegas. Ortiz and Terrell have recently had a falling-out. Ortiz gives him the "what did you say to me?" treatment, swings on him, and winds up on the bottom of a dogpile with Terrell choking him and a bleeding head wound (cracked skull?). Oh Tito, never change.

David Terrell is one of the biggest "what if's" in UFC history.

The Soul Assassin had only been training BJJ for two years before entering the UFC at 21-years old. Somewhere around 2006 he started suffering a never-ending string of injuries and essentially retired from MMA. Scrap Pack guys have always been adamant that he was a savant.
