kind of a broad scale for bigs if Zach, and Grant, and Aldridge are in there. I'd put Buck ahead of those three

1.) Bill Walton 2.) Maurice Lucas 3.) Arvydas Sabonis (would be 2, hell maybe 1 if we got him young) 4.) Buck Williams 5.)Rasheed Wallace 6.)Sidney Wicks 7.) LaMarcus Aldridge 8.) Kevin Duckworth 9.) Mychal Thompson 10.) Jusuf Nurkic
Buck Williams isn't getting the respect he deserves! He did for the Blazers what Chris Bosh did for the Heatles - sacrificed a LOT and became a vital team player and defensive ace. Remember, he was a 3-time all-star as a Net. Can't speak for Maurice Lucas - I was in England at the time, and the only basketball I'd ever seen was the Harlem Globetrotters when they guested on Scooby-Doo.
Also funny that nobody's mentioned Uncle Cliffy. I guess people think of him as just a very tall small forward, but that's not what he was in college (and he tended to come off the bench for Duck).
Yeah, I generally think of him as a small forward, because he always seemed more perimeter-oriented to me. He'd actually make a great small ball center today.

Not one mention of Steve Johnson? In his prime he was described as having the 2nd best low-post game to McHale.
Of course the BEST big man to ever wear a Blazer uniform was Moses Malone. Trading him to save a few bucks was one of the 20 worst trades in NBA history.
