Dream - We keep developing. Hope - Meyers finds his way. Dread - I trust Neil enough to not worry about it. Or Dream KD Hope Okafor Dread No worries. Sent from my SM-G900P
Hell, I still get Mason and Miles mixed up all the time. In any case, I think it's a gamble that's worth taking . . . if it's actually on the table.
Dream: Howard for picks and an expiring Hope: Ben McLemore Dread: there isn't one, unless Olshey traded CJ.
Dream: Neil Olshey finds a way to spin straw into gold and turns Aminu and CJ into Paul George Hope: Neil uses all of that cap space on something besides "big salary savings" Dread: Barely squeak into the playoffs, get run out of the gym in four, lose our draft pick and a key guy like Lillard gets seriously injured.
I never do, but probably when I hear the name Miles I think of Miles Davis and when I think of Mason...I think of canning peaches
I would definitely trade Miles for Dwight. But I think we would be simply throwing away an asset if we traded Mason. Both Dwight and his agent have begged Houston not to trade him and yet they still want to? What does that say? Dwight is only better than Mason if he is actually healthy and in a Blazer uniform. If he told Neil that there would be decent chance that he would like to play with Dame after this year, then I would say ...roll the dice. It would be a simple call to his agent. If not....then no way.
I'm not sure him and his agent are begging to stay. They just haven't outright demanded a trade. No way is he actually enjoying playing with that team. He was almost more engaged with the blazers players than his own teammates the other night.
He may or may not be demanding a trade, but with free agency looming I think it hurts his stock slightly come July if he is seen as bailing off of another team, left in shambles in his wake (whether it was his fault or not).
Damn East coast idiots. Not quite as bad as Bo (Travis) Outlaw or EPSN the other night saying Dillard scored 30 points but still....
